WHAT IS ALTERNEXT?
Alternext was created to meet small and medium companies needs, thus they can benefit from a simplified access to the financial markets, which enables their development.
Alternext is ruled by specific measures to ensure a good investor’s information.
Alternext is a unique market which aims at becoming a reference market for small and medium companies within the Euro zone.
Alternext inducts new opportunities of placement for investors. It brings shareholders guarantees of regulation and transparency in order to increase their safety and protection. In this regards listed companies on Alternext commit themselves to information and transparence towards the market.

HOW IS LISTING ALTERNEXT ORGANIZED ?
There are two ways of quotation within Alternext’s order book: continuous quote and fixing. The way of quoting depends on liquidity:
- Most liquid shares (more than 2 500 exchanges a year) are negotiated continuously from 9 am to 5:30pm. Pre-opening period starts at 7:15 am.
- Other shares are negotiated through a daily fixing at 3:30 pm. From 7:15 am to 3:30 pm, orders are listed within the central order book and there are no interventions on theses titles.
Since January 9th 2006 POWEO shares are negotiated on the continuous way.

ARE POWEO SHARES ELIGIBLE TO "PEA"?
POWEO is a European company and therefore the company's shares are eligible to PEA.
WHERE CAN I BUY POWEO'S SHARES?
You can do so through financial establishments (banks, online brokers…), as you usually do for any share.
